Four types of work, four price ranges

Basic Monogram
A monogram or text stitch with up to 6 letters at standard complexity. The most common order — classic lettering on towels, totes, hats, and apparel.

Premium Monogram

Custom Appliqué
Appliqué designs combine fabric cut-outs with embroidered stitching for bold, textured results. A one-time setup fee applies per design.

Custom Embroidery
Fully custom embroidered designs digitized from your image or idea. Stitch fee starts at $16 for 5,000 stitches, plus a one-time $30 digitization setup fee.

What goes into your quote
Every quote is calculated from these six factors. Your form answers tell us everything we need.
Stitch count
More stitches = more thread and machine time. A simple 3-letter monogram has far fewer stitches than a detailed scenic design.
Thread color changes
Single-color designs are the simplest to stitch. Each additional thread color adds a small amount to the total.
Design complexity
Simple block lettering stitches quickly. Intricate borders, appliqué elements, or premium font styles take more time and skill.
Item type
Most items stitch similarly, but thick or unusual fabrics may require extra care. Bring Your Own items are assessed case by case.
Letter count
Names or text up to 6 letters stay at the base price. 7 or more letters carry a small additional charge.
Rush timeline
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days. If you need it sooner, flag it on your form and we'll let you know if a rush fee applies.

Every order starts with a custom quote. You approve the final price before any payment is collected — no auto-charges.
We explain what's driving the cost
Your invoice will show what's included. If you have questions or want to simplify the design to reduce cost, just ask — we're happy to work with you.
Setup fees are a one-time cost
For appliqués and custom embroidery, the $30 setup fee is charged once per design. Reorders of the same design skip the setup fee entirely.
