Bringing your own item — what to expect
The process is the same as any other order — just a little more back-and-forth upfront to make sure your item will stitch beautifully.
Submit a free assessment request
Tell us what your item is, upload a photo if you have one, and describe what you'd like stitched. We'll confirm it'll work before quoting.
We assess the item and quote you
We'll confirm the fabric is compatible and send your custom quote within 1 business day. No charge until you approve.
Drop off or ship your item to us
Local drop-off in St. Matthews, SC or ship it to us. We'll stitch your design and return it to you the same way.
Stitched and returned to you
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days from when we receive your item. Rush available on request.

How is pricing calculated for my own item?
Pricing for your own item is based on the same factors as any order — stitch count, thread colors, and design complexity. The item itself doesn't add cost. Assessment is always free and there's no obligation to proceed.
